Prime Minister had been invited to be chairman in the opening ceremony, and he also had keynote speech on “Thai Energy…Thai Strong” to the participants including executives of public and privatesector, energy entrepreneurs, and other.

Energy talk on “waste to oil” held on October 2, 2009 at 14.00 hr. The invited speakers are Mr.Peerapol Sakarin (director general of the Department of Energy Business), Mr.Somsit Moonsatan (managing director of Therm Engineering), Mr.Somkiet LertritPhuwadol (manager of complex 3 IRPC), Ms Suntiwipa Panichkul (managing director of Single Point Energy & Environment Co.Ltd), and Mr.Woravit Supachock (Mayor of Rayong). And Mr Prat Jungkarnkul was moderator.
